Remove the divider to maximize 576 square inches of primary cooking space or slide the divider back into place for a dual chamber cooking experience. Separate charcoal adjustment systems allow you to customize the temperature of each cooking space when different temperatures are required for different foods. No matter what type of food is used for cooking, the heavy-duty porcelain enameled, cast iron grates are a perfect match for charcoal heat. Cast iron is ideal for retaining heat to help lock in food's natural juices and the high gloss, porcelain finish improves the transfer of heat from the grates to the food. When adding charcoal or stoking the coals is needed while cooking, simply open the large cast iron and steel doors on the front of the grill to access one or both cooking chambers.
